Once you meet the requirements for a withdrawal, follow these steps in your control panel:
- Select a challenge.
- Click “Withdraw Funds” to request a payment.
After requesting a payment, our compliance department will review your account and notify you of approval, adjustment, or rejection within 48 business hours. If everything is in order and complies with company rules, payment will be processed within 72 business hours.
Please note: For your first withdrawal, completing the KYC process is necessary. The payment request button will not be active until this is done.
